Studio Policies:
1. Air-conditioned floor with 2 make-up rooms.
2. Shooting in any other space other than the hired space shall be charged extra.
3. Period of hire: 12 hours – post 12 hours charges will be ₹6000/- per hour plus 18% GST.
4. One Vanity parking included.
5. Extra Vanity parking charges ₹5000/- per vanity plus electricity and GST as applicable.
6. Generator parking charges will be ₹5000/- per generator plus GST.
7. Staff charges are additional.
8. No cooking/catering allowed inside or outside the studio. Kindly arrange packed food to avoid inconvenience.
9. Electricity 100 KW charges at ₹25/- per unit.
10. Advance payment: 100% of total booking. Booking will be confirmed only after the payment is credited in the given account. If extended, Balance payment to be completed before the shoot ends.
11. Cancellation before 48 hours will result in a 50% booking amount charge.
12. Cancellation less than 24 hours will result in a 100% booking amount charge, rescheduling only allowed in dire circumstances. Rescheduling subject to availability.
13. Any additional changes to the set will be at the cost of the hirer, all the positioning of the walls and props will be done by the hirer as per their requirements.
14. After the period of hire ends, the set shall be restored to its original condition by the hirer. Damages, if any, to the property during the hire period will be borne by the hirer.
15. If the hirer wants North Studio to carry out restoration, the cost will be borne by the hirer.
16. Any property, equipment, and additional goods belonging to the hirer will be at their own risk and responsibility.
17. The hirer agrees to and does hereby indemnify North Studio and its employees from any and all acts of negligence, losses, damages, claims, demands of liability of any kind or nature whatsoever for the use of the facility.
18. North Studio shall not be responsible for power cuts from Adani Power.
19. Prior information about the number of vehicles (cars, tempo, etc.) should be provided by the hirer to the studio while booking. No parking shall be allotted if not informed prior.
20. Rental charges will be applicable from the time of hire and not from the time of shoot commencement.
21. Rental time ends when the last person from the crew leaves the floor premise.
22. Permissions required for the shoot should be in place prior to the shoot date and a copy should be submitted to the studio. Any fine levied by authorities (Union/BMC, etc.) regarding the shoot shall be borne by the hirer.
23. Safety of the crew of people engaged by the hirer or their employees directly or indirectly shall be assured solely by the hirer.
24. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises and if found a fine shall be levied of ₹10,000/-. Designated smoking areas have been provided in the premise building if any member wishes to smoke.
25. Cleanliness to be maintained at all times. Any kind of garbage left by the hirer will levy a fine of ₹10,000/-.
26. Use of any inflammable materials like chemicals and explosives for shooting is not permissible in the premises. No gas cooking allowed.
27. Any property, equipment, and additional goods belonging to the hirer will be at their own risk and responsibility.
Studio Charges:
60,000/- for 12 hours. Post 12 hours 6,000/- per hour.
Hourly charges @ 6,000/- per hour.
Pre-built living room, bedroom, and kitchen setup (props included) – all movable walls.
One vanity parking, 2 car parks, and 2 green rooms included.
Power 100 kW available @ Rs.25/- per unit.
Air conditioned floor size 65×55. 13ft height.
Staff charges 2,000/-.
