Studio Policies:

1. Entry will be permitted 15 minutes prior to the booked time
2. Studio rental begins as per the confirmed booking time, not when the shoot actually starts.
3. A 20-minute grace period is allowed for pack-up; beyond that, a full hour’s charge will apply.
4. The studio must be returned in the same condition as it was booked.
5. A booking stands confirmed once the advance payment is received.
6. A maximum of 12–15 people, including artists, are allowed inside the studio.
7. If you plan to use any liquid or powder material, please tell the studio before booking.
8. In case of any misconduct or violation of studio policies, TheStudio reserves the right to cancel the shoot without refund.
9. The studio cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or fatalities resulting from unforeseen events.
10. Paid parking is available; however, The Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles.
11. A 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.
12. The balance amount must be paid on the day of the shoot, before the shoot begins.
13. The advance amount is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the shoot.
14. Refunds will be processed within approximately 15 days.
15. Electricity usage is charged additionally at Rs.25 per unit of electricity
16. The client is fully responsible for any damage caused during the booking, regardless of who caused it.
17. Damages will be charged at actual cost, including items owned by The Studio and any building property.
18. Smoking, vaping, use of drugs, or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the entire building premises.
19. Food consumption is not allowed inside the studio. A designated area is provided separately for meals.
20. All activities must stay within the studio premises. Placing items outside the studio or in the staircase area is not allowed and may result in a fine.
21. Nailing, painting, or using adhesives such as stickers, double tape, or masking tape is strictly prohibited. Any resulting damage will require full restoration, including repainting costs.

Studio Charges:

– Discounted rates for initial phase-
1. 4hours – Rs.6000 + GST
2. 8 hours – Rs.8000 + GST
3. 12hours – Rs.11000 + GST
– Additional Hour charges: Rs.1500 + GST per hour
– Electricity Charges: Rs.25 per unit of electricity
– Backdrop charges: anything besides the 4 we charge Rs. 2500 per backdrop
